Long Term Video Editor / Story Teller (Adobe Premiere Pro ONLY)
Long-Term Video Editor Needed (Adobe Premiere Pro Only) I’m a full-time content creator across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and I’m looking for a long-term video editor to join my workflow. This is consistent, ongoing work (not one-off gigs). Rates are lower than short-term freelance projects, but the trade-off is steady volume and reliability — you won’t be chasing work. Editing Requirements (Non-Negotiable) • Adobe Premiere Pro ONLY • No CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc. • Raw footage length: 7–20 minutes • Final output: TikTok-ready vertical videos • Footage specs: • Filmed in 1080p / 60fps • Exported in 1080p / 30fps with HDR enabled • No music added (I will add trending sounds myself at upload) Storytelling & Language Requirements (Very Important) • Must be a strong storyteller • Must have a solid understanding of the English language • The editor is expected to: • Shape each video so it flows naturally from beginning to end • Identify the strongest moments in conversations, food commentary, and personal stories • Cut and structure clips so the story builds and stays engaging • Must know how and when to insert B-roll: • Food close-ups • Cooking shots • Restaurant atmosphere • Relevant visual moments that enhance the story being told • B-roll should feel intentional and supportive, not random or distracting These are not “highlight reels.” Each video should feel like a complete, well-told short story. ⏱ Turnaround Time • First draft within 24 hours • All revisions within 24 hours or faster • Fast, consistent turnaround is critical Channels You’ll Be Editing For 1. Restaurant Review Channel • Vlog-style format • Ordering food, interacting with staff & fans • In-restaurant food reviews • Natural, conversational pacing 2. Grocery Store / Cooking Channel • Grocery hauls • Cooking + food reviews • Clean, satisfying, food-forward edits The editing style must match the current style on my channels. You will be expected to study existing videos and replicate the pacing, structure, and overall vibe.
