Long Term - 20 Hour week Shopify Plus Developer
Part-Time Shopify Plus Developer (20 hours/week, long-term)
We’re looking for a highly skilled, detail-obsessed developer to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis (20 hours per week). This is not a short-term contract — we want someone who can grow with us and take ownership of our Shopify ecosystem over time.

We are an 8-figure UK-based D2C brand in the fitness and recovery space, experiencing strong, consistent growth. We move quickly, care deeply about our brand, and hold a high bar for quality across everything we ship.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and evolving our Shopify Plus store. This includes implementing new features, improving performance, and ensuring every element of the site is executed to a pixel-perfect standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customise, and maintain Shopify Plus storefronts
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive builds with minimal feedback required
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to ship high-quality features quickly
- Optimise site speed, performance, and conversion rate
- Implement and manage integrations, apps, and custom scripts
- Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve UX/UI
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred)
- Strong expertise in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience using Claude Code (or similar AI-assisted development workflows) in a production environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work diligently, independently, and with high attention to detail
- Strong experience working from Figma designs and delivering pixel-perfect output without heavy iteration
- Exceptional eye for design — you care about spacing, alignment, and polish

- Experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, or high-growth startups
- CRO and performance optimisation experience
- Familiarity with analytics, tracking, and pixels
Working Setup
- Part-time: ~20 hours per week
- Long-term engagement (we’re building for the future)
- Remote, flexible working
- UK/EU time zones preferred
