In particular, we want somebody that can grow to be great, an English-speaking detail oriented and reliable all-star to work with our team to create content for our Youtube Channel. In particular, we are looking for someone world class to help us generate more customers (not subscribers) and along the way build an audience that knows us, like us and trusts us (KLT!) 🎯Key Responsibilities: - Defining content strategy - Spotting market trends (for professional women or top 1% entrepreneurs) - Brainstorming video ideas - Perfecting video titles - Researching and writing - Working with video editors - Repurposing content on all platforms - Being a Caleb Long Term Vision We want to train you to become the best in the world at what you do. It sometimes requires me and my team to work at odd hours You speak and write English fluently You’ve got some experience of writing, preferably on the internet. You understand the reasons why writing on the internet is different from academic writing. You’ve got some interest in entrepreneurship, longevity, health & fitness. Lots of our content will be based around this topic, so having an existing interest in it will make things much more fun. You enjoy learning about new topics. You're good at figuring stuff out. We will create minimum 2 tweets per day, and 3 threads per week Then every week we review all tweets and threads produced. And look for content that has outperformed our other content. This gives us an indicator that we’ve struck a nerve. And gives us confidence to turn that tweet/thread into a long-form YouTube video High work ethic (Monday-Saturday) Be a team player committed to client wins.
