Overview Logistics Operations Partner - Remote We’re looking for experienced warehouse and logistics professionals who understand how freight actually moves inside real operations. This is a non-sales, partner-style role designed for people who want to stay close to the industry without handling daily freight execution. ⸻ What you’ll do Support shipper onboarding and ongoing account coordination by working alongside our brokerage operations team. You act as a logistics-facing point of contact while our internal team manages pricing, dispatch, carrier sourcing, tracking and billing. ⸻ Compensation • 50% of gross profit on active shipments you support, Paid Every Friday • Paid on an ongoing basis while accounts remain active with our brokerage • No caps • Fully remote ⸻ Who this is a good fit for • Warehouse professionals • Transportation or logistics coordinators • Operations managers • Supply-chain professionals Especially those who already understand: • shipping workflows • dock and yard operations • common freight challenges • internal approval and onboarding processes ⸻ What this is not • Not a traditional freight sales role • No cold calling • No prospecting lists • No carrier booking • No dispatch responsibility ⸻ Why this role exists Our brokerage already runs the operational side of the business.
