• Develop and maintain logistics SOPs and drive continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory operations
• Proven experience managing purchase orders, inbound shipments, and vendor coordination
• Strong understanding of freight management, shipping optimization, and warehouse operations
• Experience with ecommerce fulfillment operations and 3PL relationships
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in apparel, consumer products, or sports merchandise
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and logistics software
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping compliance
• Supply chain or logistics certification (CSCP, CPM, or similar)

Flexibility & Travel
• This is a remote position. Occasional travel to vendor facilities, 3PL warehouses, and/or PWHL events may be required.
