Responsibilities for Logistics Driver:
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver goods to customers in a timely manner.
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle. Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors efficiently.
Ensure packages are delivered intact and to the correct recipients.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries as needed.
Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and driving rules.
Requirements for Logistics Driver:
It is essential to hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Proficiency with GPS devices and the ability to comply with driving directions are critical. Physical strength to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds is required.
Effective at managing time and organizing tasks, while also maintaining a positive attitude and displaying b communication skills.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays to meet the demands of peak seasons.
Although delivery experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate.
