As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and collaborating with various departments to optimize logistics performance. We offer a competitive salary range of $34,000 - $80,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.


Responsibilities

Coordinate and track shipments from suppliers to customers
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Communicate with vendors and transport providers to streamline logistics
Prepare shipping documentation and reports
Assist in resolving any shipping or delivery issues
Monitor transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics processes
Maintain accurate records of logistics activities


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus
