As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of data for inbound shipments. Your responsibilities will include the timely and accurate input of information required to coordinate shipment movement from foreign origin to domestic destination, as well as preparing Importer Security Filings. You will be responsible for efficiently tracking freight both online and via phone communication channels, ensuring compliance and accuracy in the upload and review of inbound documents. Your role will also involve regular audits of entered data to maintain data integrity and identify any discrepancies, as well as completing departmental and/or customer account-specific tasks as requested by managers. You will contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed, supporting the DJS mission, vision, and values through excellence, competence, collaboration, accountability, and ownership.

Responsibilities
• Timely and accurate input of information required to coordinate shipment movement from foreign origin to domestic destination.

• Ensure efficient and timely data entry to meet processing targets and deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Completion of departmental and/or customer account-specific tasks as requested by managers.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
,
• Ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proficiency in phone communication.
