Logistics Coordinator

Remote u007C Full-time u007C Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST About the Role We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international freight operations. You will ensure efficient movement of goods, coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams, and serve as the main contact for brokers, airlines, and customers. Key Responsibilities • Manage ocean containers, domestic LTL/TL, and international air freight. • Coordinate with warehouse staff for incoming shipments. • Handle customs clearance and broker relations. • Resolve shipment delays and documentation issues. • Generate cost reports and track logistics data in Odoo ERP/Excel. • Support future supply chain optimization projects.
