• 2 hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday for consultation
• New integrated dual diagnosis program within community center
• Psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Adult patients with dual diagnosis and intensive outpatient
• Weekly dual diagnosis treatment team meetings
• Preference onsite but hybrid or remote options available
• 12-18 month commitment with 20 hours per week ongoing
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
