Description:
Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer. Reporting to the Salesforce Technical Manager, the Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, building, and configuring complex Salesforce applications that support the Authority s business processes and technical requirements.
Key Duties
ā¢ Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing Salesforce applications; perform defect analysis, design updates, and code corrections.
ā¢ Manage configurations and workflows to support evolving business needs.
ā¢ Apply Agile development practices in a collaborative team environment.
ā¢ Develop using Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex, and work within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
ā¢ Build and maintain Salesforce API integrations across multiple platforms.
ā¢ Diagnose platform issues and coordinate effective resolutions.
ā¢ Conduct system performance testing and tuning to ensure reliability and scalability.
ā¢ Review and troubleshoot vendor partner work to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in software development.
ā¢ 2+ years of hands on development experience on the Salesforce platform using Visualforce, LWC, Apex, Aura, Flow, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL.
ā¢ Experience with Web Services, OAuth, JavaScript, and SQL.
ā¢ Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
ā¢ Experience using Git based source control (e.g., Bitbucket).
ā¢ Experience working within Agile software development environments.
ā¢ Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
ā¢ Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.

ā¢ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain a positive team environment.
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
ā¢ Ability to be fully engaged and present using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams).
ā¢ Strong project and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
ā¢ Ability to work independently, analyze issues, and drive solutions.
ā¢ Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies.
