Local Marketing Audit for Trailer Rental Business
I own a small trailer rental business in North Texas.
Leads were coming in well from online marketing, especially Facebook-related activity, but things slowed down hard about a month and a half ago.
I do not know if the problem is Facebook, Marketplace, Google, visibility, competition, stale posts, or something else.
I need someone to review my local marketing setup and give me a practical lead recovery plan.
This is not a branding project.
The goal is rental inquiries.
I need help reviewing:
• Facebook business page
• Facebook Marketplace/listing strategy
• Facebook group posting strategy
• Google Business Profile
• Basic local search visibility
• Trailer rental messaging
• Local competition
• Offline visibility ideas like flyers, signs, auto shops, mechanics, storage lots, etc.
Deliverable:
A simple action plan that tells me:
1. What is probably causing the lead drop
2. What I should fix first
3. What to post or update this week
4. Whether Facebook is still worth focusing on
5. Whether Google or offline marketing should be pushed harder
6. What I can do myself in about 1 hour per week
7. What I should hire out later if needed
I do not want a generic marketing course.
I do not want vague branding advice.
