Loan Servicing Representative
The Loan Servicing Representative is a critical, detail-driven role responsible for managing day-to-day loan servicing and transactional workflows for a healthcare FinTech company based in Nashville, Tennessee. This position focuses on accuracy, ownership, and efficiency in processing financial data and supporting internal teams.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Post payments and process transactions with a high level of accuracy
ā¢ Support funding requests and ensure timely delivery of reports to banking partners
ā¢ Manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding balances
ā¢ Maintain clean and accurate account records and resolve exceptions
ā¢ Perform reconciliation and identify discrepancies in financial data
ā¢ Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, customer success, and servicing teams
ā¢ Communicate professionally with customers when needed
ā¢ Utilize Excel and internal systems to manage and track data
Qualifications:
ā¢ 2 to 5 years of experience in loan servicing, banking, healthcare revenue cycle, or similar transactional and accounting roles
ā¢ Strong Excel skills required including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
ā¢ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
ā¢ Experience with payment posting, invoicing, or reconciliation work
ā¢ High attention to detail
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
ā¢ Must be based in Tennessee for this fully remote role
