The Center Account Sales Specialist will work borrowers remotely - both within and outside our normal branch network footprint. Duties and responsibilitiesThe Central Account Sales Specialist will be a subject matter expert in Regional Finance personal loan product offerings and will use their knowledge to present loan solutions to current and potential customers that help them achieve their financial goals.Complete interactions with borrowers electronically or by phone.Process and underwrite loan product applications within guidelines and approval authority limits.Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.Utilize Regional Finance’s account management practices to assist delinquent customers.Work with management to develop, communicate, and track daily/weekly/monthly goals.Report, manage, and maintain branch standards on all aspects of delinquency.Receive, track, and post all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company Policy.Close loans as directed by manager.Hours may be staggered to meet needs of digital volume. Schedules can be flexible based on the needs of the employee and the branch but will generally be Monday-Saturday 8AM-9PM.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.Outgoing, enthusiastic attitude and strong phone communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.Data entry proficiency.Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.Preferred QualificationsSome college coursework completed.Consumer finance experience with exposure to sales and collections.Some leadership experience.Familiarity with Consumer Credit and/or underwriting experience.Critical Competencies Demonstrated passion for customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer service minded with a personality that relates well with a broad spectrum of people, including external customers, branch colleagues, and corporate co-workers.Thrives in a pay for performance atmosphere.Proven ability to multi-task.High degree of integrity.Confidence.Sales mentality.Adaptable to an ever changing environment.Working conditionsThis position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. The typical working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required.
