Non-Qm Loan Processor / File Scrubber The NON-QM Loan Processor / File Scrubber is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and preparing loan files for submission to underwriting, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and investor requirements. This role focuses on Non-Qualified Mortgage (NON-QM) products, requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of alternative documentation programs. Key Responsibilities : • Review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. • Verify borrower information, including income, assets, credit, and property details, according to NON-QM program guidelines. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation before submission to underwriting. • Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and third-party vendors to obtain missing or corrected documents. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor regulations throughout the loan process. • Prepare and organize loan files for underwriting, maintaining proper documentation and audit trails. • Track and manage pipeline to meet deadlines and service-level agreements. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This is a fully remote position, and the candidate can work 9-5 in their time zone.
