What You’ll Do
• Generate, nurture, and convert mortgage leads
• Build high-quality referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, and community partners
• Maintain and engage a database of past clients
• Consistently produce as a Loan Officer with the opportunity to recruit and develop your own team
• Lead professionally with strong communication and exceptional client service
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of Loan Officer experience
• Active NMLS/MLO license
• Proven track record of 3–5+ closings per month
• Strong understanding of lending regulations and mortgage technology
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
