Our 12,000-square-foot office is designed to make work funwith hangout rooms, team social events, a huge patio, a fully stocked kitchen, and a ping pong table to blow off steam. Position Overview:

As a Loan Officer Assistant at Innovation Mortgage, youll get to shadow licensed loan officers, learn the mortgage biz from the ground up, and take your career to the next level. Well provide all the hands-on training and support you need, plus well help you get licensed to become a loan officer.
What Youll Be Doing:
Shadowing pros: Hang out with licensed loan officers and see how the mortgage world really works
Calling leads: Use our dialer to connect with potential clients and give them the best mortgage deals weve got
Learning the ropes: Well teach you everything from the basics to the finer points of the mortgage process. No experience? No problem!
Having fun: Work hard, play hard! Between your training and calls, take a break in our hangout areas, grab a snack from our kitchen, or challenge a coworker to a game of ping pong
