Loan Executive 1

The Loan Executive role involves providing superior service to customers while processing loan agreements for a portfolio of agents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Process loan agreements accurately and timely for assigned agents within a given region(s) as well as certify that all duties are performed within regulatory compliance for loans up to $250,000 Monitor the daily underwriting report to ensure quotes are corrected and resubmitted in a timely fashion; submit special request forms, request line of credit increases or communicate with the agent for any missing information, as needed Complete insurance policy verifications through discussions with general agents and/or insurance companies Review and recommend credit line increases for agents, general agents and insurance companies in order to effectively process loan agreements Monitor loans submitted, and business from assigned agents, for FIRST “Fourteen Warning Signs” and concerning trends Coordinate with Inside Sales and RM’s regarding any relationship issues within their assigned region/team and make recommendations to their Team Lead on ways to implement changes on efficiency in the workplace Perform all responsibilities to internal and external customers while providing outstanding customer service Skills 1-3 years of related experience Bachelors degree or equivalent Attention to detail and problem solving skills Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Vision Life insurance Accidental death and dismemberment Short-term and long-term Disability Insurance Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Transportation and Commuting Benefits Banking Benefits Pet Insurance Company Overview Wintrust Financial Corporation delivers sophisticated financial capabilities with a community bank personality across its businesses in banking, specialty finance, and wealth management.
