As a Mortgage Loan Closer at Tomo, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. You'll work closely with our customers to ensure that their loan closings are completed efficiently and accurately.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Pre-Closing Document Review: Verify accuracy of information, including fees, rates, property details, and vesting, before document preparation.
• Closing Data Input: Enter required closing data into the loan origination system.
• ComplianceEase Reviews: Review ComplianceEase reports and remediate any fails or alerts.
• Title Report Verification: Check title report for correct endorsements and approved items, and verify that Borrower and property are correct.
• Loan Estimate Reviews: Conduct compliance reviews of Loan Estimates, TILA, and fraud tools, ensuring the loan complies with federal and state rules.
• Initial Closing Disclosure: Prepare and issue the Initial Closing Disclosure.
• Loan Closing Coordination: Coordinate loan closing with title company.
• Closing Document Preparation: Draw and release closing documents to the Settlement Agent.
• Funding Authorization: Submit request to warehouse bank and release funds.
• Post-Closing Issues: Assist in resolving any post-closing issues as needed.
• *Requirements:**
• 3+ years of recent mortgage closing/funding experience.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Staying current on federal, state, investor, and internal policies and procedures.
• Maintaining transparency between all teammates involved in a customer's journey.
• *Annual Compensation Range:** $62,500 - $74,900
