Line of Business: Asphalt Loader Operator: About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You'll Be Doing Operate loaders to transport materials efficiently and safely. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed. What Are We Looking For Strong operational skills with heavy machinery. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Effective communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
