THE JOB

Working in conjunction with our promoters, marketing and production teams, this position is responsible for the planning and execution of concerts, as well as responsible for managing the internal processes relating to these events.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Establish and maintain positive relations with agents, managers and industry representatives.
• Coordinate with and give support to marketing, ticketing production and finance teams.
• Negotiate contractual agreements between LN and artist agents.
• Research local bands and develop local stand-alone nights.
• Manage budget(s) of each event to ensure financial success.
• Execute night of show settlements in a variety of venues.
• Coordinate with production managers to ensure successful shows on site.
• Coordinate with alliances departments.
• Develop forecast projections.
• Manage internal documentation as required.
• Maintain calendars.
• Represent Live Nation at Industry/Office events as requested.
• Maintain superior customer service.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Strong knowledge of music and the concert industry, both historical and contemporary.
• Clear and collaborative communication style and strong interpersonal skills.
• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to calculate, evaluate and manage budgets.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Impeccable organizational skills.
• A proactive and motivated mindset and strong sense of ownership.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the music booking, concert and or event industry.
• A high level of expertise in MS Office (outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint) and G- Suite.
