These businesses allow Live Nation Media & Sponsorship to create strategic music marketing programs that connect more than 1,200 sponsors with the 145 million fans that attend Live Nation Entertainment events each year. The National Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the National Director of Marketing to create and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns that spotlight meetings and special events hosted at Live Nation's 150 venues nationwide. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of special events on a national scale for a diverse portfolio of venues. In this role, you become a key marketing resource for the special events sales and marketing team. Your job duties will play a strong role in enhancing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and sales team support through 360-marketing including digital marketing, partnerships, and content marketing campaigns. Responsibilities • Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies to promote special events at Live Nation venues for Private Concerts, Corporate Events, Social Events, Brand Activations, and more. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other media channels for lead generation and engagement. • Create and edit engaging social media content, with a focus on video for Reels/TikTok, and other platforms while staying on top of industry trends. • Manage graphic design and video editing requests using Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and Canva. • Oversee and negotiate local promotional partnerships and media programs to expand reach. • Partner with the sales team to develop and execute localized marketing plans that drive B2B engagement and bookings. • Manage marketing systems and project rollouts for special events, including marketing software, CRM platform enhancements, survey tools and more. • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and media contacts. Requirements • 4+ years of work experience in digital advertising preferably in venues, entertainment, hospitality, or events. • Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies for lead generation and revenue growth. • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and Microsoft Office applications. • Flexibility to travel for attending meetings and events, as needed. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be solutions-oriented, and have proven skills in multitasking while exhibiting flexibility. • Self-starter with a growth mindset for trying new, innovative approaches. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibit good judgment, and exceptional organizational skills. • Bachelor's Degree.
