Live Support Specialist-Night Shift
We're looking for new team members to join Live Support team on a Night Shift! Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support Preferably experience in sales and customer relationship management Strong focus on solving customer problems and familiarity with pre- and post-sales processes Ability to work remotely (from home) Competence with a computer and a high-speed internet connection Ability to work night shifts (5 days a week, 8.5 hours a day) on our 24/7 live support line Minimum high school diploma (must have completed military service for male candidates) Excellent written communication and persuasion skills Motivated to pursue a career in customer support and eager to grow Open to learning and continuous improvement Dynamic, determined, and enjoy communication Strong work ethic Proficiency in MS Office programs At PrimeBase, we operate in a fully remote environment where everyone works independently as contractors from around the world.
