As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner through live chat.

Requirements
• Proven experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a chat support environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Amazon’s products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with new product features and updates.
