Live Chat Support Specialist

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in connecting with our customers in real-time, providing prompt and knowledgeable assistance that reflects our commitment to quality and service. Key Objectives • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image. • Collaborate with internal teams to address product or service-related concerns. • Enhance customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities • Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions about products, orders, and policies. • Identify and troubleshoot common issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information. • Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stello Foods’ product offerings and promotions. • Assist in gathering customer feedback to help improve services and products. • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards in all communications. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proven experience in live chat support, customer service, or a related role. • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of the food and beverage industry is an advantage. • Comfortable using CRM software and chat platforms. • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. • Flexible schedule to accommodate peak hours and occasional weekend shifts. Qualifications • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). • Basic computer literacy, including typing speed and accuracy.
