Requirements:
ΓΒ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ΓΒ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
ΓΒ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
ΓΒ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
ΓΒ Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
ΓΒ Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
