Live Chat Support for Moms (Entry Level / Part Time / No Phone Calling)
We are actively seeking diligent, work-from-home chat agents who thrive on solving complex customer inquiries and are dedicated to providing outstanding service. What You Will Be Doing:
• As a live chat customer support agent, you will manage incoming queries via live chat on our business websites and social media platforms.
• Handle both support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential new customers, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience.
Contract Length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:
• Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and make sound judgments.
• Must be available to work at... least 10 hours per week.
• A reliable internet connection is essential.
Hours per Week: Minimum of 10 hours, with flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments.
