We provide both Post-Acute Care and Long-Term Care services for those in need including caregiver services, skilled nursing, and therapy, along with remote patient monitoring (RPM).

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance through live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other team members to resolve inquiries and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist customers in resolving problems effectively.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist in creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed support.
• Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in live chat or online support.
• Excellent written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with chat support software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.

The pay range for this role is:
30 - 35 USD per hour(Remote (Worcester, Massachusetts, US))
