We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms. Key Responsibilities:
⢠Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
⢠High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher is a plus).
⢠Prior experience in customer service or live chat support preferred.
⢠Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
⢠Typing speed of at least 40ā50 WPM with high accuracy.
⢠Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
⢠Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
⢠Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
⢠Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Work Schedule:
⢠Flexible shifts available ā full-time (20ā40 hours/week) and part-time (10ā30 hours/week).
