Duties
• Engage with customers via live chat to address questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with clarity and professionalism
• Assist clients in navigating our website or platform, offering guidance on features and functionalities
• Collect and document customer interactions accurately using data entry skills to update records and track issues
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette during outbound calls when necessary to follow up or gather additional information
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to manage customer data efficiently
• Analyze customer feedback and interaction patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service delivery

Qualifications
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively
• Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data entry and record management
• Experience with outbound calling, phone etiquette, and handling multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with sales techniques can be an asset for upselling or promoting additional services during interactions
• Attention to detail with good analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Pay: $24.17 - $31.11 per hour
