Live Chat Support
Fine-Thomas Psychotherapy is seeking a friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable Live Chat Support to assist our clients in finding the help they need. As a Live Chat Support, you will be the first point of contact for our clients who visit our website and initiate a chat inquiry. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support while helping clients navigate our services and schedule appointments with our therapists.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking information and assistance through live chat.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about Fine-Thomas Psychotherapy services, therapists, and schedules.
• Assist clients in scheduling appointments with therapists.
• Utilize active listening skills to understand and address clients' concerns and needs.
• Provide support and guidance to clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork.
• Collaborate with our team of therapists to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Continuously maintain knowledge of our services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
• Handle client inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and inquiries.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to customer service.
• Familiarity with mental health terminology and understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards in therapy.
• Proficient in using chat platforms and computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
