Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, resolving their queries efficiently
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
