About the Position
The Live Chat Support role at Pure Solutions LLC is responsible for delivering real-time assistance to our clients, addressing their operational and service-related needs through live chat, email, and other communication channels. As a key member of our support team, you will troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for clients using our services.
The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong written communication skills and prior experience in customer-facing roles are essential. Familiarity with live chat platforms such as Intercom or similar tools is highly preferred.
You Should Have
Β At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
Β Strong written and verbal communication skills
Β Experience in live chat support is preferred, but not required
Β Patience and empathy when assisting clients with their concerns
Β Ability to quickly adapt and handle multiple tasks effectively
Β Strong eagerness to learn and help clients succeed
Β Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a collaborative mindset
Β Experience in tech or start-up environments is a bonus, but not essential
