CLIENT CARE EQUIPMENT, LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through live chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, equipment usage, and troubleshooting.
• Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior support staff when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the company CRM.
• Stay up-to-date on the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to a positive... customer experience by providing excellent service with empathy and patience.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or technical support roles is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Basic knowledge of technical equipment or willingness to learn about CLIENT CARE EQUIPMENT, LLC’s products.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions at once.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and act appropriately in different situations.
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
• Experience in the equipment or healthcare industry is a bonus.
