Responsibilities:
- Manage live chat interactions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns
- Utilize resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Identify and escalate any complex or escalated customer concerns to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes
Requirements:
- Driven individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Resourceful and able to think quickly on their feet to provide solutions to customer issues
- Experience in people management and strong emotional intelligence skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred
