ADP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients. This position requires individuals who are hardworking, independent, and... possess strong attention to detail and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers in a live chat setting
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Creativity in finding solutions to customer inquiries
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
