Boys & Girls Clubs of El Paso is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support through live chat channels. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy helping others, we would love for you to join our team!
Responsibilities
Ā Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our programs and services through live chat.
Ā Assist customers with any issues or problems they may encounter and find appropriate solutions.
Ā Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Ā Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers.
Ā Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ā Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
Ā Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and... promotions.
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Proven customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously.
Ā Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ā Proficient in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
Ā Positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer-centric approach.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ā Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
