As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our students, parents, and staff through online chat communication. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from home on a part-time or full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with students, parents, and staff through live chat to provide assistance and answer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online learning platform
- Provide guidance and support to users navigating the online learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive user experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using chat software and online platforms
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
