- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Meet goals and targets related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Independent and adaptable, able to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is a plus
