Upkeep and increase customer satisfaction levels, establishing a strong rapport through professional and friendly conversations.
Document chat interactions, feedback, and appropriate reporting of customer concerns.
Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly, including escalating necessary concerns for further review.
Contribute to the improvement of the chat process, suggesting measures for enhancing the live chat system.
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to express points concisely and clearly.
The possession of basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
Determination to learn more about our services.
Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating patience and thoughtfulness.
A high level of self-motivation, plus the capacity to work well alone, or as part of a team.
Nice-to-haves:
Prior experience in handling live chats or a customer services role.
Availability to work on a flexible schedule
Able to comfortably type 40+ wpm.
