Live Chat Representative
Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a friendly and professional Live Chat Representative to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. The Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent typing skills and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services via online chat.
ā¢ Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, answering questions, and resolving issues.
ā¢ Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, service details, and company policies.
ā¢ Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of chat conversations.
ā¢ Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or personnel.
ā¢ Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their issues are resolved.
ā¢ Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience and provide feedback to management.
ā¢ Stay up-to-date on our services, promotions, and industry trends.
ā¢ Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
ā¢ Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent.
ā¢ Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.
ā¢ Excellent written communication and typing skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
ā¢ Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
ā¢ Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
ā¢ Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
ā¢ Basic knowledge of electrical services is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.53 - $22.46 per hour
