Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer questions and issues in real time through live chat.
• Provide detailed product information and support for technical and non-technical users.

• Escalate complex issues to technical or account management teams when needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer support or live chat role is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, chat software, or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
