Required Education and Experience:

Ā 1-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat, or call center roles
Ā Excellent written communication and typing skills
Ā Proficient in MS Office and chat software tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat)
Ā Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Ā Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ā Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Ā Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
