We are seeking a Live Chat Representative to assist customers by providing real-time support through online chat. Your role will be to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Ā Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and resolutions.
Ā Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ā Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being friendly, patient, and helpful.
Requirements:
Ā Strong written communication and typing skills.
Ā Ability to handle multiple chat conversations at once.
Ā Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ā Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Ā Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
