Skills
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and communication.
Familiarity with sales techniques to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Ability to navigate computer systems efficiently to manage customer inquiries.
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
