Skills

Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in sales is beneficial for identifying opportunities to upsell products or services.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and patience.
