Ā Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in customer service.
Experience
Ā Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
Ā Strong office skills with proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
Ā Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Ā Experience in client services or cash handling is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ā A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
