Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner through live chat
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectively
- Reliable and dedicated work ethic with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
