Position Requirements:
Ā Must have access to a computer or laptop meeting the following specifications: Minimum 8 GB off RAM Ā 64-bit Operating System Ā 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher
Ā Dedicated workspace with minimal distractions and a locked door.
Ā Exceptional customer service skills and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Ā Engage with clients via online chat to address inquiries and concerns.
Ā Provide detailed information about our products and services through online chat.
Ā Resolve product issues and troubleshoot client concerns effectively via online chat.
Ā Maintain accurate client records and update interactions in our system.
Ā Stay informed about our evolving products and services to provide up-to-date information. Ā Actively participate in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored training.
Required skills and qualifications:
Ā Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum typing speed of thirty-five words per minute.
Ā Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Professional and well-groomed appearance
Ā Ā Ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
