Qualifications
Must be based in or near Albuquerque, NM, and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience, particularly in live chat, is preferred.
Strong typing and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with web-based platforms and multiple systems.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
